The California Class Members who do not timely and validly request exclusion from the Settlement shall release the Releasees from any and all claims under California law, including all claims that were pled or could have been pled based on or arising out of the factual predicates and/or allegations of any Complaints or PAGA Letters in the Action, including but not limited to the Operative Complaint and Amended PAGA Letter.
