PAGA Members definition

PAGA Members means all current and former non-exempt employees of
PAGA Members means all Class Members who worked at any time during the PAGA Period.
PAGA Members are defined as all current and former non-exempt hourly employees who are or were employed by Defendant in California at any time during the PAGA Period.

PAGA Members and “PAGA Group Members” refers to all current and former 20 during the PAGA Period.
PAGA Members are all individuals who were employed by 12 Defendant in California and classified as a non-exempt employee at any time during the PAGA 13 Period. The PAGA Period is from June 29, 2021 through July 28, 2023. Pursuant to Labor Code 14 section 2699, subdivision (l)(2), the LWDA will be provided notice of the Agreement and these 15 settlement terms. The Court finds the PAGA Payment to be reasonable.
PAGA Members are all non- exempt employees of Defendant who were employed in California between March 5, 2020, and [the earlier of January 31, 2022, and/or preliminary approval of this Settlement] (“PAGA members” or “PAGA Subclass”). The Settlement designates a total of $25,000.00 as penalties under the PAGA. From this amount, $6,250.00 (25%) will be allocated to the PAGA Members. The remainder of the PAGA penalties will be paid to the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, as required by law. Each PAGA Member will receive a proportionate share of money allocated to that Subclass that is equal to (i) the number of pay periods he or she worked during the PAGA Period, divided by (ii) the total number of workweeks worked by all Participating Class Members who are members of the PAGA Subclass, and (iii) multiplied by $6,250.00.
