Pan American Circular means the notice of the Pan American Meeting and accompanying management information circular, including all schedules, appendices and exhibits thereto, to be sent to Pan American Shareholders in connection with the Pan American Meeting, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time;

  • Pan American shall provide Minefinders with final copies of the Pan American Circular prior to the mailing to the Pan American Shareholders.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this Section 2.15 related to the approval or contents of filings with Governmental Entities will not apply with respect to filings in connection with the Regulatory Approvals, the Yamana Circular, the Pan American Circular, the Interim Order or the Final Order which are governed by other sections of this Agreement.

Related to Pan American Circular

  • African American means a person having origins in any of the original peoples of Africa and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part.

  • Asian American means a person having origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent, or the Pacific Islands, including but not limited to Japan, China, Vietnam, Samoa, Laos, Cambodia, Taiwan, Northern Mariana Islands, the Philippines, a U.S. territory of the Pacific, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Sri Lanka and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part.

  • Rural community ’ means any city having a population of fewer than 50,000 or except as otherwise provided, any unincorporated area. Unincorporated areas within any county having a population of more than 100,000 are not eligible; and

  • American Indian means a person who is enrolled as a member of a federally recognized American Indian tribe or band or who possesses documentation of at least one−fourth American Indian ancestry or documentation of tribal recognition as an American Indian.

  • Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.

  • Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;

  • ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd.

  • School Community means all parents, students and staff of the school and all other persons who have a legitimate interest in or connection with the school.

  • Local health department means the same as that term is defined in Section 26A-1-102.

  • College means any college in the South Carolina Technical College System.

  • Department sample means liquor that is placed in the possession of the
