Panel Agreement definition

Panel Agreement means the panel agreement between the Authority and the Supplier dated [xx/yy/zzzz] and referenced in the Order Form;

Panel Agreement means an agreement between the Crown and a Panel Member for the purposes of engaging a person in order to implement and facilitate the performance of salary sacrifice agreements for office holders and public sector employees the terms of which are as approved from time to time by the Commissioner.

• If no meaning is given to it in this Panel Agreement, it shall in the first instance be interpreted in accordance with the common interpretation within the relevant market sector/industry where appropriate.
