Paper Claims definition

Paper Claims means Claims for prescription drug services that are submitted to Prime for Claim Adjudication through the use of a paper claim form, generally by a Member, subsequent to the point of sale.
Paper Claims means prescription drug services that are submitted to Florida Blue for adjudication through the use of a paper claim form, generally by a member subsequent to the point of sale.
Paper Claims means prescription drug services that are submitted to BCBSNC for adjudication through the use of a paper claim form, generally by a Member subsequent to the point of sale.
