Parallel Debt Creditor definition

Parallel Debt Creditor means the Collateral Agent in its capacity as creditor of the Parallel Debt.
Parallel Debt Creditor means the Collateral Agent in its capacity as creditor of the Parallel Debt. “PBGC” means the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation referred to and defined in ERISA.
Parallel Debt Creditor means the Common Security Agent in its capacity as creditor of the Parallel Debt under and as defined in Clause 26.4 (Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Common Security Agent)).

Related to Parallel Debt Creditor

  • Parallel Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.21.

  • Subordinated Lender means each Seller, in its capacity as subordinated lender pursuant to the relevant Subordinated Loan Agreement.

  • Secured Creditor means the Trustee, the Margin Loan Provider and the holders of the ETP Securities.

  • Prepetition Lenders means those lenders party to the Prepetition Credit Agreement from time to time.

  • Second Lien Lenders means the “Lenders” under and as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • First Lien Lenders means the “Lenders” under and as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Foreign Pledge Agreement means a pledge agreement securing the Obligations or any of them that is governed by the law of a jurisdiction other than the United States and reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Collateral Agent.

  • Borrower Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.1.5, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1 hereto, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • ABL Secured Parties means “Secured Parties” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • Canadian Obligations means all Obligations of the Canadian Loan Parties.

  • Second Lien Bank Loan means a Bank Loan (other than a First Lien Bank Loan and a Last Out Loan) that is entitled to the benefit of a first and/or second lien and first and/or second priority perfected security interest on all or substantially all of the assets of the respective borrower and guarantors obligated in respect thereof.

  • Foreign Obligations means the Obligations in respect of any Foreign Loan and any other Obligations of the Foreign Borrower and Foreign Guarantors.

  • Secured Creditors shall have the meaning assigned that term in the respective Security Documents.
