Parent Charter Amendment definition

Parent Charter Amendment means an amendment of Parent’s Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of Parent Common Stock to 500,000,000 shares of Parent Common Stock.
Parent Charter Amendment means the amendment and restatement of the Parent Certificate of Incorporation in its entirety to be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Parent Charter Amendment. “Parent Charter Amendment” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(g) of the Agreement.
