Parent Charter Amendment definition

Parent Charter Amendment means an amendment of Parent’s Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of Parent Common Stock to 500,000,000 shares of Parent Common Stock.
Parent Charter Amendment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(g) of the Agreement.
Parent Charter Amendment means the amendment to Parent’s Restated Certificate of Incorporation, attached as Exhibit A hereto.

Parent Charter Amendment means the Articles of Amendment to the Restated Articles of Incorporation of Parent, as amended, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
