Parent Employee Agreement definition

Parent Employee Agreement means any management, employment, severance, retention, transaction bonus, change in control, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between: (a) any of the Parent Entities; and (b) any Parent Employee, other than any such Contract that is terminable “at will” (or following a notice period imposed by applicable law) without any obligation on the part of any Parent Entity to make any severance, termination, change in control or similar payment or to provide any benefit.
Parent Employee Agreement means each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, visas, work permit or similar agreement or contract between Parent or any Affiliate and any Parent Employee or consultant (excluding any offer letter or other agreement that does not subject Parent to any potential liability in excess of $200,000);

More Definitions of Parent Employee Agreement

Parent Employee Agreement means each management, employment, severance, change of control, retention, or material consulting Contract between Parent, or any ERISA Affiliate, and any current employee, director, officer or consultant of Parent or any ERISA Affiliate other than standard offer letters used in Parent’s ordinary course of business that do not provide for severance or other payments after termination of employment, acceleration of any equity award or for benefits other than those provided under the Parent Plans.
