Parent Facilities definition

Parent Facilities means all buildings and improvements on the Parent Property.

Parent Facilities means any real property, leaseholds, or other interests currently or formerly owned or operated by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries and any buildings, plants, structures, or equipment (including motor vehicles, tank cars, and rolling stock) currently or formerly owned or operated by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Parent Facilities in a sentence

  • The Parent Facilities are presently in substantial compliance with all of the terms, conditions and provisions of such licenses.

  • The facilities, equipment, staffing and operations of the Parent Facilities satisfy the applicable state hospital licensing requirements in all material respects.

  • The Parent Facilities are in condition and repair suitable for the conduct of the business as presently conducted therein, except where the failure to be in such suitable condition and repair would not reasonably be expected to be material to Parent and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.
