Parent Joint Venture Holders definition

Parent Joint Venture Holders means the holders of the share capital of the Joint Venture Parent.
Parent Joint Venture Holders means the holders of the share capital of the Joint Venture Parent (as defined above). All references to Clauses, Paragraphs, Schedules and definitions contained in this Schedule 8 are to Clauses, Paragraphs, Schedules and definitions of the Credit Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement (as applicable). All capitalised terms used in this Schedule but not defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Credit Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement (as applicable). In this Schedule, references to “recent Liberty precedent” shall be construed to mean any Liberty Global Reference Agreement.
Parent Joint Venture Holders mean the holders of the share capital of the Joint Venture Parent (as defined above).

Related to Parent Joint Venture Holders

  • consortium or joint venture means an association of persons for the purpose of combining their expertise, property, capital, efforts, skill and knowledge in an activity for the execution of a contract;

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Joint Venture means a joint venture, partnership or other similar arrangement, whether in corporate, partnership or other legal form; provided, in no event shall any corporate Subsidiary of any Person be considered to be a Joint Venture to which such Person is a party.
