Contract Review - the process whereby the performance of this Agreement is reviewed by both parties, which process shall take account of all changes in Specifications, Deliverables and associated prices and terms and conditions agreed in accordance with this agreement; Customised Software - software developed by the Supplier to meet Purchaser Requirements which are not addressed by the Application Software; Page4 Data Protection Laws - means all applicable laws relating to data protection and privacy including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and all related national laws, regulations and secondary legislation, including, but not limited to, the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018, in each case as amended, replaced or updated from time to time.
