1.2 In this Agreement the following expressions shall where the context so admits bear the following meanings: Acceptance Tests - the tests agreed in writing between the Purchaser and the Supplier in respect of the Software installed by the Supplier on the System to ensure that the Software is in operable condition and is capable of meeting the requirements of the Fit/Gap Analysis in accordance with clause 7; Page1 Contract Review - the process set out in clause 8.5 whereby the performance of this Agreement is reviewed by both parties, which process shall take account of all changes in Fit/Gap Analysis, Deliverables and associated prices and terms and conditions agreed in accordance with this agreement; Fit/Gap Analysis – the document to be created pursuant to clause 6 and, upon agreement, to be inserted into Microsoft Software License Terms Fee – the fees payable by the Purchaser to the Supplier under this Agreement set out in Error!
