Schedules and Definitions. This Agreement consists of these terms and conditions and any conditions detailed in any of the following schedules attached to this agreement: Schedule 1 – Contract Prices, Payment Terms and Conditions Schedule 2 – Supplier Service Rates Schedule 3 – Purchaser Requirements – Project Scope Schedule 4 – Infor SunSystems Service Level Agreement Schedule 5 – Service Level Agreement Infor SunSystems Schedule 6 - Processing, Personal Data and Data Subjects In this Agreement, the following expressions shall where the context so admits bear the following meanings: Page4 secondary legislation, including, but not limited to, the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018, in each case as amended, replaced or updated from time to time.
