Parent Leased Real Property definition

Parent Leased Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.17(b).
Parent Leased Real Property means all of the right, title and interest of Parent under all leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and other agreements, pursuant to which Parent holds a leasehold or sub-leasehold estate in, or is granted the right to use or occupy, any land, buildings, improvements, fixtures or other interest in real property.
Parent Leased Real Property means all interests in real property pursuant to the Parent Leases other than the Parent Oil and Gas Properties and other oil, gas and mineral rights of Parent and its Subsidiaries.

  • Except as would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Parent Material Adverse Effect, Parent and each of its Subsidiaries has a good and valid leasehold interest in or contractual right to use or occupy, subject to the terms of the lease, sublease or other agreement applicable thereto, the Parent Leased Real Property, free and clear of all Liens, except for Parent Permitted Liens.

More Definitions of Parent Leased Real Property

Parent Leased Real Property means the property covered by Parent Leases under which either of Parent or its Subsidiaries is a lessee.
