Parent Leased Real Property definition

Parent Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10.
Parent Leased Real Property means all real property interests leased by Parent or any of the Parent Subsidiaries.
Parent Leased Real Property means all interests in real property pursuant to the Parent Leases other than the Parent Oil and Gas Properties and other oil, gas and mineral rights of Parent and its Subsidiaries.

  • No RMT Parent Entity has subleased or granted to a third party any right to use or occupy all or any portion of the RMT Parent Leased Real Property.

More Definitions of Parent Leased Real Property

Parent Leased Real Property means the property covered by Parent Leases under which either of Parent or its Subsidiaries is a lessee.
Parent Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.21(b) of this Agreement.
Parent Leased Real Property means real property, including any buildings, structures, facilities, fixtures, and improvements thereon, which the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries, as of the date of this Agreement, leases, subleases or occupies as tenant, subtenant or occupant pursuant to any Parent Lease.
Parent Leased Real Property means all of the right, title and interest of Parent under all leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and other agreements, pursuant to which Parent holds a leasehold or sub-leasehold estate in, or is granted the right to use or occupy, any land, buildings, improvements, fixtures or other interest in real property.
Parent Leased Real Property means the real property leased by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries as tenant, together with, to the extent leased by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries, all buildings and other structures, facilities or improvements located thereon and all easements, licenses, rights and appurtenances of Parent or any applicable Subsidiary of Parent relating to the foregoing.
Parent Leased Real Property is defined in Section 5.19(a).
Parent Leased Real Property means real property leased, subleased, licensed or otherwise occupied by Parent or its Subsidiaries, as tenant, subtenant, licensee or occupant.
