Parent Member definition

Parent Member means a member of a school community council who is a parent of a student who:

Parent Member means a member of a school council who is elected to the council in accordance with section 4 or who fills a vacancy created when a parent member ceases to hold office. (“père ou mère membre”)

Parent Member means any “Member” as such term is defined in the Parent Agreement.

• By entering into this Agreement, the Participant (i) authorizes the Parent Member to collect, process, register and transfer to its agents all Relevant Information; and (ii) authorizes the Parent Member and its agents to store and transmit such information in electronic form.
