Parent Owned Real Property definition

Parent Owned Real Property means the material real property and interests in real property owned by Parent and its Subsidiaries other than the Parent Oil and Gas Properties.
Parent Owned Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10.
Parent Owned Real Property means all real property owned by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries, including all of the buildings, structures and other improvements thereon.
