Parent Products definition

Parent Products means, collectively, (i) all products and services that are currently being published, marketed, licensed, sold, leased, auctioned, distributed or performed, or offered for publication, licensing, sale, lease, distribution or performance or at auction, by or on behalf of Parent or any Parent Subsidiary, and (ii) all products or services currently under development by Parent or any Parent Subsidiary or that Parent or any of the Parent Subsidiaries are Contractually obligated to develop.
Parent Products means each and all of the products developed or distributed by Parent and its Subsidiaries (including without limitation all software products), whether currently being distributed, currently under development, or otherwise anticipated to be distributed under any product “road map” of Parent and its Subsidiaries.
Parent Products means any product or service of the Parent Business (other than the European Business), as such products or services currently exist and natural evolutions of such products and services within the Parent Field.

Examples of Parent Products in a sentence

  • With respect to each Modelo Brand Extension Beer constituting an Importer Product, Constellation Beers shall, and shall cause its Suppliers to, follow the Brand Guidelines of any Parent Products and Parent Trademarks, respectively, to the extent that they are applicable, in manufacturing, bottling and packaging any such Brand Extension Beer.

  • The Customer shall be responsible for sales tax, consumption tax, transfer duty, custom duty, octroi duty, excise duty, income tax, and all other taxes and duties, whether international, national, state or local, however designated, which are levied or imposed or may be levied or imposed, with respect to this Agreement and the Parent Products.

  • The Customer gives Parent the right to recommend / suggest the Customer's name and details to Customers / Visitors to the Parent Website, and Prospective Customers and use the Customer's name in marketing / promotional material with regards to Parent Products.

  • None of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries has received, since January 1, 2020, a notice or other written communication alleging or relating to a possible material violation of any Law applicable to their businesses, operations, properties, assets or Parent Products (as defined below).

  • Neither Parent nor any of its Subsidiaries has any outstanding material disputes concerning Parent Products with any of the 10 largest customers of Parent and its Subsidiaries (determined on the basis of aggregate revenues recognized by Parent and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, over the four (4) consecutive fiscal quarters ended December 30, 2017 (each, a “Parent Material Customer”)).


More Definitions of Parent Products

Parent Products mean any products or services, developed, manufactured, performed, out-licensed, sold, distributed other otherwise made available by or on behalf of Parent, from which Parent has derived previously or is currently deriving revenue, if applicable, from the sale or provision thereof.
Parent Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of Parent or its Subsidiaries (other than the Company), including any such products manufactured by Parent, its Subsidiaries (other than the Company) or an unaffiliated third party. For the avoidance of doubt, Parent Products shall not include any Company Products.
Parent Products means all products or service offerings of Parent that, since January 1, 2008, have been marketed, sold or distributed, or that Parent currently intends to market, sell or distribute, including any products or service offerings currently under development.
Parent Products means products and services manufactured, sold, provided or distributed, as the case may be, by Parent or members of Parent Group, including the products and products in development set out in Schedule 1.10, but excluding the SpinCo Products.
Parent Products means all products or Parent-proprietary components and service offerings developed (including products and services for which development is ongoing), manufactured, delivered, made commercially available, marketed, supported, sold, provided or distributed, offered for sale, imported or exported for resale, or licensed out by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.
Parent Products means each product manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or made available by Parent.
Parent Products means (a) any product marketed by Parent as of the date hereof and (b) any derivative thereof or modification of the products described in (a) or other medical device products, in each case that are under development by Parent as of the date hereof.
