Parent Field definition

Parent Field means any field other than the SpinCo Field.
Parent Field means the business and operations of Parent and its relevant Subsidiaries that constitute the “North American Less-Than-Truckload” segment as described in Parent’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 and conducted at any time prior to the Distribution by either Group. For the avoidance of doubt, “Parent Field” shall include all of the Parent Business other than the European Business.
