Parent Restricted Share definition

Parent Restricted Share means any Parent Common Stock subject to vesting, repurchase, or other lapse of restrictions granted under any Parent Stock Plan.
Parent Restricted Share means an issued and outstanding Parent Common Share granted under a Parent Equity Plan that is subject to vesting or other restrictions.
Parent Restricted Share has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(a)(i).
