Parent Senior Management definition

Parent Senior Management means the individuals set forth in Section 1.4 of the Parent Disclosure Letter.
Parent Senior Management means Parent’s senior leadership team consisting of its [***].
Parent Senior Management shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.2(a)(xii).

Related to Parent Senior Management

  • Senior Management means personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. This would include all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all the functional heads.

  • Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • CCI means Charter Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and any successor Person thereto.

  • Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.
