Parent Shareholder Agreements definition

Parent Shareholder Agreements means the Voting Agreement, dated December 15, 2015, by and among Parent and certain stockholders of Parent, as the same may be amended from time to time, and the Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement, dated December 15, 2015, by among Parent and certain stockholders of Parent.
