Parent Stock Purchase Plan means the Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Parent Stock Purchase Plan means the 1998 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as amended and restated as of November 1, 2001, of Parent.
