Pari Passu Class definition

Pari Passu Class. With respect to any specified Class of Securities, each Class of Securities that ranks pari passu to such Securities, as indicated in Section 2.3.
Pari Passu Class. With respect to any specified Class of Notes, each Class of Notes that ranks pari passu to such Class, as indicated in Section 2.3.
Pari Passu Class means, with respect to any Class of Notes, each Class of Notes specified as such in Section 2.3.

  • With respect to any specified Class or Classes of Secured Notes as of any date of determination, the percentage derived from: (i) the Adjusted Collateral Principal Amount on such date divided by (ii) the Aggregate Outstanding Amount on such date of the Secured Notes of such Class or Classes, each Priority Class of Secured Notes and each Pari Passu Class of Secured Notes.

  • For purpose of exercising any rights to consent, give direction or otherwise vote, any Pari Passu Class will be treated as a single Class in each case except as expressly provided herein.
