Parish Representative definition

Parish Representative means a Parish Councillor appointed by the Council to advise the Joint Governance Committee and its Sub-Committee in relation to cases involving Parish Councillors. A Parish Representative will not give advice or sit in relation to a complaint about the conduct of a Parish Councillor of their own Authority.

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Tax Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4.
