Parity Debt Documents definition

Parity Debt Documents means, collectively, the indenture of trust, installment sale agreement, agreement or other document authorizing the issuance of any Parity Debt or any securities which evidence Parity Debt.
Parity Debt Documents means all leases, installment sale agreements, trust agreements, indentures of trust and other documents prescribing the terms and provisions applicable to any issue of Parity Debt.
Parity Debt Documents means, with respect to any issue of Parity Debt, the agreement, indenture of trust, resolution or other instrument authorizing the issuance of such Parity Debt.

  • The City shall observe and perform all of the covenants, agreements and conditions on its part required to be observed and performed under the Parity Debt Documents.

  • Installment Payments payable pursuant to Section 3.01 above and payments with respect to Parity Debt shall be paid in accordance with the terms hereof andthe terms of the Parity Debt Documents, without preference or priority, and in the event of any insufficiency of such moneys, ratably without any discrimination or preference.

  • The Net Proceeds collected by the District from insurance against accident to or destruction of any portion of the Wastewater System shall be used to repair or rebuild such damaged or destroyed portion of the Wastewater System, and to the extent not so applied, shall be applied on a pro rata basis to redeem the Bonds and any Parity Debt in accordance with this Indenture and the related Parity Debt Documents.
