Parity Debt Documents definition

Parity Debt Documents means, collectively, the indenture of trust, trust agreement or other document authorizing the issuance of any Parity Debt or any securities which evidence Parity Debt.

Parity Debt Documents means all leases, installment sale agreements, trust agreements, indentures of trust and other documents prescribing the terms and provisions applicable to any issue of Parity Debt.

Parity Debt Documents means, with respect to any issue of Parity Debt, the agreement, indenture of trust, resolution or other instrument authorizing the issuance of such Parity Debt.

• The District shall deposit all Revenues in the Wastewater Fund promptly upon the receipt thereof, and shall apply amounts in the Wastewater Fund solely for the uses and purposes set forth herein and for the uses and purposes set forth in any Parity Debt Documents.

• All amounts collected from insurance against accident to or destruction of any portion of the Wastewater System constitute Gross Revenues and must be used to repair or rebuild such damaged or destroyed portion of the Wastewater System, and to the extent not so applied, will be applied on a pro rata basis to redeem the Bonds and any Parity Debt in accordance with the Indenture and the related Parity Debt Documents.

• All conditions to the issuance of such Parity Debt as set forth in the Parity Debt Documents shall be met, and the District shall file with the Lender a written certificate to such effect, signed on behalf of the District by a duly authorized officer.

• The failure by the District to pay the 2010 Loan or any Parity Debt when due and payable, or the occurrence of any event of default under and as defined in the 2010 Loan Agreement or any Parity Debt Documents, respectively.

More Definitions of Parity Debt Documents

Parity Debt Documents means, collectively, the Note Documents and the indenture or agreement governing each other Series of Parity Debt and in each case all related guarantees and other agreements governing, securing or relating to any Parity Obligations (including, without limitation, the Collateral Agent Agreement and the other Security Documents).
