Parity Interest definition

Parity Interest means any class or series of Partnership Interests that, with respect to distributions on such Partnership Interests or distributions upon liquidation of the Partnership, ranks pari passu with the Class C Convertible Preferred Units.
Parity Interest interest and other costs as described in clause (i) of the definition of Parity Debt Service.
