Parity definition

Parity means the provision of non-discriminatory access to Interconnection, Resale, Unbundled Network Elements and other services provided under this Agreement to the extent legally required on rates, terms and conditions that are non-discriminatory, just and reasonable. Where Technically Feasible, the access provided by Qwest will be provided in "substantially the same time and manner" to that which Qwest provides to itself, its End User Customers, its Affiliates or to any other party.

Parity means, subject to the availability, development and implementation of necessary industry standard Electronic Interfaces, the provision by Sprint of services, Network Elements, functionality or telephone numbering resources under this Agreement to CLEC, including provisioning and repair, at least equal in quality to those offered to Sprint, its Affiliates or any other entity that obtains such services, Network Elements, functionality or telephone numbering resources. Until the implementation of necessary Electronic Interfaces, Sprint shall provide such services, Network Elements, functionality or telephone numbering resources on a non-discriminatory basis to CLEC as it provides to its Affiliates or any other entity that obtains such services, Network Elements, functionality or telephone numbering resources.

• To the extent there is insufficient Gross Ordinary Income for a fiscal year to allocate to the Series A Mirror Holders pursuant to the prior sentence and to the holders of any other Parity Units, Gross Ordinary Income shall be allocated to the Series A Mirror Holders and holders of Parity Units for such fiscal year on a pro rata basis based on the amount of distributions paid in respect of the Series A Preferred Mirror Units and such Parity Units, respectively in such fiscal year.

• CenturyLink shall provide necessary ordering and provisioning business process support as well as those technical and systems interfaces as may be required to enable CLEC to provide the same level and quality of service for all resale services, functions, features, capabilities and unbundled Network Elements at Parity.

• CenturyLink shall make available to CLEC, at Parity with what CenturyLink provides to itself, its Affiliates and other local telecommunications CLECs, all present and future fraud prevention or revenue protection features, including prevention, detection, or control functionality embedded within any of the Network Elements.

More Definitions of Parity
