Park Agreement definition

Park Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (Workforce Housing Park) entered into and dated as of December 1, 2020 between the County and Anderson County, South Carolina as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Infrastructure Credit Act to the Company hereunder.
Park Agreement shall have the meaning given such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
Park Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010 between the County and Greenville County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Infrastructure Credit Act to the Company hereunder.

  • The County agrees to use its best commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Land to be included in a duly authorized Multi-County Park created pursuant to a qualified Multi-County Park Agreement, which agreement (as extended, or any successor Multi-County Park Agreement) shall terminate no earlier than the termination date of this Agreement.
