Park operator definition

Park operator means an owner, operator, or manager of a mobile home park, including an employee, agent, or independent contractor of the owner, operator, or manager.

Park operator means a manufactured home park operator. "Operator" means the person who has responsible charge of a manufactured home park, recreational vehicle park, recreation camp, combined park-camp, or temporary park-camp and who is licensed under the Manufactured Home Park Laws.
