Parking Contract definition

Parking Contract means a contract entered into between the Calgary Parking Authority and a Customer for the use by the Customer of a Parking Stall in a particular Parking Lot for a set amount of Parking Sessions;
Parking Contract means the terms and conditions between ParkingEye and the motorist as outlined in the signage within the car park at the Site(s);
Parking Contract means a contract providing for the right on the part of a tenant of the Building to use an undesignated parking space in the Parking Facility.
