Parking Property definition

Parking Property means any Property which is primarily used for parking.
Parking Property means that portion of the Property owned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties - Park Place Parking, LLC more particularly described as parcels A, B and C in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Parking Property means the Owner-owned real property located adjacent to the Development Property in the City of Le Sueur, Le Sueur County, Minnesota, identified as Parcel Identification No. 21.785.0100 and legally described on Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Examples of Parking Property in a sentence

  • City owns the real estate (the Parking Property) which adjoins the Property shown on Exhibit B and is intended for use for parking purposes.

  • Within the timeframes set forth in Section 10.3, ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ shall, at its sole expense, complete the grading, paving, landscaping including Islands, and lighting the Parking Property according to plans and specifications approved by City and consistent with City standards including the Port of Dubuque Design Standards.

  • After notice to and approval by Landlord, Tenant shall, at Tenants cost, promptly remove, clean-up, dispose of or otherwise remediate, in accordance with Environmental Laws and good commercial practice, any Hazardous Materials on, under or about the Property, Building, Premises and Additional Property for Parking Property resulting from Tenant’s activities.

  • City shall pay only those costs pre-approved by City for transportation and disposal of fill required to be removed from the Parking Property as a result of construction by ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ of the Improvements contemplated by this Section 12.
