Part 6. Completed and signed the Declaration of bidders past Supply Chain Management Practices document (SBD 8). (In case of a consortium/ joint venture, or where sub-Service providers are utilised, each party to the bid must complete and sign the Declaration of bidders past Supply Chain Management Practices document )  To be signed by a duly Authorised Delegate.
