Part VI means the Tariff, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer-Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.
Part V means Tariff, sections 113 through 122 pertaining to the deactivation of generating units in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

Group Structure Chart means the group structure chart in the agreed form.
Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

Business Associate Agreement means an agreement between DSHS and a contractor who is receiving Data covered under the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. The agreement establishes permitted and required uses and disclosures of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA requirements and provides obligations for business associates to safeguard the information.
System with a single service connection means a system which supplies drinking water to consumers via a single service line.
Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.
Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.
