Part Haul definition

Part Haul means a pipeline service to provide Forward Haul on the DBNGP which is not a Full Haul service and which includes, without limitation:  services where the Inlet Point is upstream of main line valve 31 on the DBNGP and the Outlet Point is upstream of Compressor Station 9 on the DBNGP;  services where the Inlet Point is downstream of main line valve 31 on the DBNGP and the Outlet Point is downstream of Compressor Station 9 on the DBNGP; and  services where the Inlet Point is downstream of main line valve 31 on the DBNGP and the Outlet Point is upstream of Compressor Station 9 on the DBNGP.
Part Haul means a gas transportation service on the DBNGP where the delivery point is upstream of Compressor Station 9 on the DBNGP, regardless of the location of the receipt point, but does not include Back Haul;
Part Haul means a Gas transportation service on the DBNGP where the outlet point is upstream of Compressor Station 9 on the DBNGP, regardless of the location of the outlet point, but does not include Back Haul. Party means Operator or Shipper or, where the context requires, the Pipeline Trustee or the DBNGP Trustee (as the case may be) and if Shipper comprises more than one person, includes each such person.

Examples of Part Haul in a sentence

  • P1 Service has the meaning given in clause 3.4(a) of the Access Arrangement and means a service providing Part Haul capacity with priority as set out in the Curtailment Plan.

  • For the Access Arrangement Period commencing on 1 January 2011, the Total Revenue from which the Reference Tariff is to be determined is to include, in addition to the costs listed in clause 7.2(b) of this Access Arrangement, a share of any returns to Operator from the sale of Full Haul, Part Haul and Back Haul Services in the previous Access Arrangement Period that exceeded the level of returns that were expected during that previous Access Arrangement Period from the sale of such Services.

  • Part Haul means a Gas transportation service on the DBNGP where the Outlet Point is upstream of Compressor Station 9 on the DBNGP, regardless of the location of the Outlet Point, but does not include Back Haul.

  • The distance factor as defined in the Part Haul Shipper Contract is the distance from the inlet to the outlet points divided by 1400.

  • The Non-Reference Services listed in the Services Policy are the same as those included in the Services Policy of the Current Access Arrangement, with the addition of a Part Haul Service and a Back Haul Service.

  • The Part Haul Service should be in the nature of the T1 Service to which the Standard Shipper Contract relates and should have a minimum contract term of 2 years when it is made available to a Prospective User through the utilisation of Spare Capacity and 15 years when it is made available to a Prospective User through the utilisation of Developable Capacity.

  • P1 Service means a Part Haul service which, under the terms of a contract for the Part Haul Service, is specified to rank equally to a T1 Service in the Curtailment Plan.

  • The reasons set out in submissions as to why a Part Haul Service should be included in the Access Arrangement as a Reference Service are as follows.

  • For the purposes of determining a Reference Tariff, DBP made two key assumptions concerning cost allocation: • all Users of Full Haul Services are Users of the Reference Service; and • the Reference Tariff is set to recover all of the Total Revenue except for an amount attributed to Part Haul Services, this amount being an estimate of the cost of fuel gas used to provide Part Haul Services.

  • For the Part Haul and Back Haul Services, a solely distance-based tariff is provided for the purposes of comparison.

  • Part VI means Tariff, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer-Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:

  • Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.
