Partial Conveyance means a conveyance by deed from the Navy to the Authority of 29 any number of Parcels comprising less than the entire Navy Real Property. 30
Partial Conveyance means the Partial Conveyance of Production Payment of even date herewith from Fund V and Fund VI to SPS in the form of Exhibit A, pursuant to which Fund V and Fund VI have conveyed partial undivided interests in the Previous Production Payments to SPS prior to the execution and delivery of the Reconveyance by Fund V, Fund VI and SPS to Grantor.
