Participant Directed Account definition

Participant Directed Account means that portion of a Participant's interest in the Plan with respect to which the Participant has directed the investment in accordance with the Participant Direction Procedures.
Participant Directed Account means an Account with respect to which an individual Participant has the right to direct the manner in which the funds held therein shall be allocated among the available Investment Funds.
Participant Directed Account means each Participant's Individual Account.
