Participant Directed Account definition

Participant Directed Account means that portion of a Participant's interest in the Plan with respect to which the Participant has directed the investment in accordance with the Participant Direction Procedures.
Participant Directed Account means an Account with respect to which an individual Participant has the right to direct the manner in which the funds held therein shall be allocated among the available Investment Funds.
Participant Directed Account means the segregated account maintained for each Participant who has directed pursuant to Section 7.9 that part or all of his interest in the Plan be invested in such investments as the Participant may direct.

  • The Trustee may update the value of any shares held in the Participant Directed Account by reference to the number of shares held by that Participant, priced at the market value as of the Valuation Date.
