Participant Directed Account definition

Participant Directed Account means that portion of a Participant's interest in the Plan with respect to which the Participant has directed the investment in accordance with the Participant Direction Procedures.
Participant Directed Account means one or more accounts designated as such by the Plan Administrator over which the Participant has the authority to direct investments pursuant to Section .
