Participant Materials definition

Participant Materials means any materials or information provided by you
Participant Materials means the Grant Proposal(s), Project(s) and any other materials or information provided by you (including your team members if applicable) to Alchemy in connection with the Grant Program.

  • You shall provide copies of all Participant Materials to CSI concurrently with their first use for CSI's internal recordkeeping purposes; however, it is understood that neither CSI nor any Fund shall be responsible for errors or omissions in, or the content of, Customer Materials.

More Definitions of Participant Materials

Participant Materials means any Project Proposal, Software, and any other materials or information provided by you (including your team members if applicable) to IOTA or the Program Committee in connection with the Accelerator Program.
Participant Materials means the materials identified on the attached Exhibit B.

Related to Participant Materials

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.
