Participating FFI means an FFI that, as from the effective date of any rules requiring withholding on "passthru payments" (as such term is defined pursuant to Sections 1471 through 1474 of the Code and any regulations thereunder or official interpretations thereof), meets the requirements of Section 1471(b) of the Code and any regulations or other official guidance issued thereunder and that has not elected to be withheld upon pursuant to Section 1471(b)(3) of the Code.
Participating Dentist means any Dentist who, at the time of rendering a Covered Dental Service to the Member, has a written agreement with CareFirst BlueChoice or the Dental Plan for the rendering of such service.
Participating Bank means any participating banks of the JETCO ATM network, (if applicable) PLUS ATM network and/or (if applicable) China UnionPay ATM network;
Participating member means an eligible employee who elects to participate in the defined contribution retirement plan established under this chapter.
Participating Party means an enterprise or public body that has committed itself to reaching certain objectives under a voluntary agreement, or is covered by a national regulatory policy instrument;
Participating Stockholder means a “Participating Stockholder” under the HBB Stockholders’ Agreement, HY Stockholders’ Agreement and NACCO Stockholders’ Agreement, to the extent the Partnership owns HBB Class B Shares, HY Class B Shares or NACCO Class B Shares. A Partner shall cease to be a Participating Stockholder under this Agreement and shall be deemed to be a Former Partner immediately prior to any event or lapse of time that causes such Partner to no longer be a “Participating Stockholder” under such applicable stockholders’ agreements.
Participating provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.
Participating Banks means the list of Banks as set out in Table 2 below.
Participating county means a county that has been authorized by the county governing body to enter into a contract with another local unit pursuant to section 4.
Participating Pharmacy means a pharmacy that has entered into a prescription drug plan agreement with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager listed on your identification card.

Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

Participating Country’ means any country that the Association determines meets the requirements set forth in Section 10 of Resolution No. 183 of the Board of Governors of the Association, adopted on June 26, 1996; and ‘Participating Countries’ means, collectively, all such countries.”
Participating Broker- Dealer: See Section 2(b) hereof. Person: An individual, trustee, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated association, union, business association, firm or other legal entity. Private Exchange: See Section 2(b) hereof.
Participating Dealer means any licensed broker or dealer and who has entered into a Participation Agreement in form and substance acceptable to the Manager and the Trustee.
Non-Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Participating Product means any of the Breville products listed in the table below by model name and number that are supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or by a Participating Retail Store: Any costs, fees, expenses or liability of any description to pay any amount for installation, insurance, warranty or extended warranty, delivery or any other cost that is, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, additional or ancillary to the models listed in the above table.
Participating Broker-Dealer has the meaning set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement.
Participating Hospital means an Administrator Hospital that has an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Hospital services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program.
Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Participating Broker-Dealers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) hereof.
Participating Merchant means a Merchant that offers the Online Payment Service as an online payment option on the Merchant’s website.
Participating Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(2).
Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
