Participating Builder definition

Participating Builder means and refer to D.R. Horton, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and any affiliate of D.R. Horton, Inc., and any other entity(ies) Declarant may designate as a Participating Builder. Declarant shall have the right to assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights hereunder to a Participating Builder(s). “Participating Builders” shall mean Participating Builder and any other entity(ies) designated as a Participating Builder.
