Participating Merchant Establishments. (PME) shall mean establishments that are a part of Visa/MasterCard/ American Express Global Network/RuPay Services International shared payment network and display the service mark to honour the Card on the Terminal for performing the transaction and shall include among others, stores, shops, restaurants, hotels, airlines and mail order advertisers (whether retailers, distributors or manufacturers) including mail order outlets (whether wholesalers, retailers, distributors or manufacturers) advertised as honouring a Card.
