Paragraph 1.h. is amended to read as follows: In the event a Participating Servicer who owns the first lien mortgage contacts Servicer regarding a second lien mortgage that Servicer owns, Servicer will modify the second lien consistent with the treatment waterfall described below, as modified by Exhibit I, within a reasonable time to facilitate the modification of the first lien mortgage.
