Participating Union definition

Participating Union means the:
Participating Union means a collective bargaining agent that is a party to the amending agreement; (« syndicat participant »)

  • The Participating Union acknowledges that should its Team progress to the playoff stage of the Qualification Process which is directly organised by RUGBY EUROPE it may be required to agree to a further terms of participation and participation agreement document promulgated by RUGBY EUROPE.

  • Each Team Member appoints the Participating Union as his agent for the service of notices in this regard by signing the Team Member Consent Form set out in Schedule 1 hereof.
