Particulars of Contract definition

Particulars of Contract means the particulars of contract set out overleaf, attached or incorporated by reference, as the case may be; and
Particulars of Contract means the document titled “Gas Supply Agreementsigned by you and which form part of the contract between us; and
Particulars of Contract means the particulars of contract at detailed in the Order Form;

Related to Particulars of Contract
