Partnership Directors definition

Partnership Directors has the meaning set forth in Section 7.13.
Partnership Directors means the Council’s Partnership Director and the
Partnership Directors has the meaning given to it in the Services Agreement;

  • Any such resignation shall take effect upon such delivery or upon such later date as is specified in such instrument; provided, no resignation may be effective prior to the date of receipt without the unanimous consent of the Partnership Board or, if there are no other Partnership Directors, then the consent of the General Partner.

  • A Partnership Director may resign as a Partnership Director by written instrument signed by the resigning Partnership Director and delivered to the Partnership Board or, if there are no other Partnership Directors, then to the General Partner.

Related to Partnership Directors

  • Parent Directors means the Directors elected or appointed pursuant to Articles 53 – 56 inclusive;

  • Investor Directors or “Investor Director” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a) hereof.

  • New Directors means any director whose election by the Board or whose nomination for election by the Company's stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were Present Directors or New Directors.

  • Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.

  • Series A Directors means the directors of the Company that have been solely designated by the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation, the Stockholders Agreement or otherwise.

  • Members means the persons who are duly registered as the holders from time to time of shares in the register including persons who are jointly so registered.

  • The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;

  • Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.

  • Preferred Directors means, collectively, the Series A Directors and the Series B Director.

  • Independent Directors means the members of the Board of Directors who are not officers or employees of the Manager.

  • Member board means a state agency in a member state that acts in the sovereign interests of the state by protecting the public through licensure, regulation, and education of physicians as directed by the state government.

  • Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;

  • entire Board of Directors means the total number of directors which the Corporation would have if there were no vacancies.

  • General Partner means the Company or its successors as general partner of the Partnership.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Continuity Directors means (A) those members of the Board who were directors on the date hereof and (B) those members of the Board (other than a director whose initial assumption of office was in connection with an actual or threatened election contest, including but not limited to a consent solicitation, relating to the election of directors of Ceridian) who were elected or appointed by, or on the nomination or recommendation of, at least a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the then-existing directors who either were directors on the date hereof or were previously so elected or appointed; or

  • Fund Board means the Board of Directors/Trustees of a Fund.

  • College board means the state board for community and

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;

  • Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.

  • Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.

  • Limited Partners means all such Persons.
