Common name means any designation or identification such as code name, code number, trade name, brand name or generic name used to identify a chemical other than by its chemical name.
General partnership means an organization formed under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.
Partnership Assets means all assets, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed (including, without limitation, all partnership capital and interest in other partnerships), at any time owned or represented by any Partnership Interest.
General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.
Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
General Partner means the Company or its successors as general partner of the Partnership.
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.
Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Operating Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Enterprise identifier means a code that is uniquely assigned to an enterprise by an issuing agency.
Limited Partnership Interest means the ownership interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership at any particular time, including the right of such Limited Partner to any and all benefits to which such Limited Partner may be entitled as provided in this Agreement and in the Act, together with the obligations of such Limited Partner to comply with all the provisions of this Agreement and of the Act.
Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.
Partnership at will means a partnership in which the partners have not agreed to remain partners until the expiration of a definite term or the completion of a particular undertaking.
General Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner, in its capacity as general partner. A General Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Units.
Limited Partnership Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 9, 2004, as amended from time to time.
General Partners means all such Persons.
Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.
Masthead light means a white light placed over the fore and aft centreline of the vessel showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 225 degrees and so fixed as to show the light from right ahead to 22.5 degrees abaft the beam on either side of the vessel.

Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.
Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.
Marks has the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property Rights.
