Past Assessment Costs definition

Past Assessment Costs means the reasonable costs, including but not limited to direct and indirect costs, incurred by the Trustees in assessing the natural resource damages and in planning the Restoration Project.
Past Assessment Costs means the Natural Resource Damage Assessment Costs that the Trustees have incurred on or before the Lodging Date of this Consent Decree.
Past Assessment Costs means the assessment costs that the Trustees have incurred in connection with the Ottawa River Assessment Area on or before the Lodging Date of this Consent Decree.

  • Settlement Costs means all costs incurred by Plaintiff, the Settlement Class Members, and their attorneys, including but not limited to Plaintiff’s attorneys’ fees, costs of suit, Plaintiff’s expert or consultant fees, any incentive payments paid to the Class Representative, notice costs, costs of claims administration, and all other costs of administering the Settlement Agreement.

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

No part of Lessee’s central office overhead or general or administrative expense (as opposed to that of the Hotel), and no operating expenses paid or payable by tenants under Space Leases, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses, as herein provided. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of Lessee incurred for the account of or in connection with the Hotel operations, including but not limited to postage, telephone charges and reasonable travel expenses of employees, officers and other representatives and consultants of Lessee and its Affiliates, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses and such Persons shall be afforded reasonable accommodations, food, beverages, laundry, valet and other such services by and at the Hotel without charge to such Persons or Lessee.

  • Legal Expenses means the fees, costs and expenses of any kind incurred by any Person indemnified herein and its counsel in investigating, preparing for, defending against or providing evidence, producing documents or taking other action with respect to any threatened or asserted Claim.
