Patheon Intellectual Property definition

Patheon Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property generated or derived by Patheon before performing any Manufacturing Services, Intellectual Property developed by Patheon while performing the Manufacturing Services, or otherwise generated or derived by Patheon in its business which Intellectual Property is not specific to, or dependent upon, Client’s Active Material or Product including, without limitation, Inventions and Intellectual Property which may apply to manufacturing processes or the formulation or development of drug products, drug product dosage forms or drug delivery systems unrelated to the specific requirements of the Product(s);
Patheon Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property generated or derived by Patheon before performing any Manufacturing Services, Intellectual Property developed by Patheon while performing the Manufacturing Services, or otherwise generated or derived by Patheon in its business, in each case which Intellectual Property is not specific to, or dependent upon, Client’s Active Materials or Products including, without limitation, Inventions and Intellectual Property which may apply to manufacturing processes or the formulation or development of drug Product, drug product dosage forms or drug delivery systems unrelated to the specific requirements of the Product(s);

Examples of Patheon Intellectual Property in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 13.1, all Client Intellectual Property will be owned by Client and all Patheon Intellectual Property will be owned by Patheon.

Patheon Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property generated or derived by Patheon in the course of performing the Manufacturing Services which are not related to or derived from the Client’s Intellectual Property or specific to, or dependent upon, a Product and which have general application to manufacturing processes or formulation development of drug product or drug delivery. But this definition will not include any Intellectual Property allocated to or assigned to Jazz Pharmaceuticals or any of its Affiliates under any prior agreement entered into with Patheon or any of its Affiliates which will remain the exclusive property of Jazz Pharmaceuticals or its Affiliate;
Patheon Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property Controlled by Patheon or its Affiliates that is necessary or useful to perform the Manufacturing Services or that otherwise covers the Product, including but not limited to the composition of matter of the Product, or a method of using, manufacturing, or administering the Product.
Patheon Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property generated, made, discovered, created, in-licensed or derived by Patheon or its Affiliates before performing any Manufacturing Services, developed by Patheon while performing the Manufacturing Services, or otherwise generated or derived by Patheon in its business which Intellectual Property is not specific to, or dependent upon, the Product or its manufacture or use, which may include Inventions and Intellectual Property that apply generally to manufacturing processes or the formulation or development of drug products or drug delivery systems that are unrelated to the specific requirements or manufacture of a Product;
