Payer Contract definition

Payer Contract means a contract entered into by a Payer with OSCIPA that sets the prices and price-related terms between OSCIPA’s Physician members and the Payer;
Payer Contract means a contract between a payer and a physician by which that physician agrees to provide physician services to persons designated by the payer;
Payer Contract means any agreement with a private, state, local, or federal health care program, insurance company, managed care organization, employer or other entity relating to the payment for healthcare goods or services coordinated or furnished by a Participating Pharmacy or any agreement to participate in grants, pilot programs, care coordination shared or other performance incentive programs.

  • The Contractor agrees to retain all financial books, records, and other documents pertaining to this Contract or any other applicable Payer Contract for at least six years after final payment or until six years after the resolution of any audit questions or disputes.
