Physician Members definition

Physician Members means each of the persons listed on Schedule A, each of whom holds an equity, profits or other ownership interest in the Seller and SPRPA.
Physician Members means those physicians who are members of the Practice.
Physician Members means those investors in the Units admitted to the Company, and any Person admitted as a substitute Physician Member in accordance with the provisions herein, provided that the Manager and its Affiliates shall not be considered Physician Members.

More Definitions of Physician Members

Physician Members has the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement.

  • Physician means a licensed practitioner of medical, surgical, dental, services or the healing arts including accredited Christian Science Practitioner, acting within the scope of his/her license.   • Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.
