Paying Seller definition

Paying Seller. Defined in Section 18.24(c).
Paying Seller shall have the meaning specified in Article 33(c).
Paying Seller. Defined in Subsection 13.24(b).

  • Each Reimbursing Seller must pay any Payment Obligation due to the Paying Seller within ten (10) days of receipt of notice from the Paying Seller of the making of a Seller Payment.
