Payment Calculation Notice definition

Payment Calculation Notice means a notice that is issued by the IPA to Buyer and Seller within twenty-five (25) days of the end of each month of the period from June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2027 containing information related to the CMC Monthly Price of such month that has concluded. For the avoidance of doubt, the first Payment Calculation Notice shall be issued no later than July 25, 2022 related to the CMC Monthly Price associated with CMCs that have a Vintage of June 2022.

Payment Calculation Notice for a Delivery Year means the notice posted to the IPA’s Website containing, for such Delivery Year, each of the ZEC Price, Annual Utility Compliance Quantity, ZEC Cost Cap, Annual Utility Cost-Constrained Quantity, Buyer’s Share of Total Annual ZEC Cost, Annual Utility Tier I ZEC Target and other related information.
