If the Payment Certifier amends the application, the Payment Certifier will promptly notify the Design-Builder in writing giving reasons for the amendment.
As a condition of making any application and as a condition of any certification, the Design-Builder will provide the Payment Certifier with all information required by the Payment Certifier.
The Payment Certifier will review the Work within 10 days of receipt of the Design-Builder’s application and will issue to the Owner, no later than 7 days after reviewing the Work, a certificate for payment in the amount applied for or in such other amount as the Payment Certifier determines to be properly due.
