Payment Completion Period definition

Payment Completion Period means two years from the date of the Executive’s termination of employment if the Executive receives Change in Control Severance Benefits under Section 4.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Completion Payment means the payment for the 20% of the Charges for each Apprenticeship that under the ESFA Rules is only paid once an Apprentice takes their end point assessment, including as the case may be Apprenticeships funded by Transferred Levy Funds;

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;
